Need to send an item back to its seller? This step-by-step guide will assist you in returning the item smoothly, ensuring you can initiate your refund, repair, or replacement promptly.Unless you've caused damage to the item, you can generally return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving it. Even after this period, you're still covered by our 6-month warranty in case any technical issues arise and you require product repair.

Contact Toicart Customer Care
Log in to your Toicart account > Navigate to "Orders" > Click on “Ask for help”.
Follow the prompts and answer the questions regarding your return.
Once you reach the confirmation screen, the return process is initiated. You'll receive an email with the instructions.
Prepare Your Item for Return

Step 3: Back Up and/or Transfer Your Data
Step 4: Disconnect Your iCloud/Google/Samsung Account and eSIM
Step 5: Include Order Details Inside the Return Package
Step 6: Pack Your Item According to Our Instructions
Step 7: Wait for the Delivery Personnel to pass by in the dedicated time and give him the package
Step 1: Check Your Warranty Coverage
Please note that items with significant physical damage, oxidation (liquid damage), or those opened by a third party won’t be covered by the Toicart warranty.
For out-of-warranty items, the seller will return the device to you unrepaired.
If the seller cannot repair the item under warranty, you can still opt to take it to a local repair shop.
However, if you feel it's time to part ways with your broken item and opt for something newly refurbished, you can sell it to the professional refurbishers on our platform.
Step 2: Send Photos of Your Item
To prevent disputes over the item's condition, ensure to provide clear, bright, and reflection-free photos showing all sides of the item. Attach these photos to the same conversation thread where you've discussed your return request.
Step 3: Back Up and/or Transfer Your Data
For devices with personal data storage, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and computers, back up your data before returning the item. Sellers may conduct tests or completely restore the device upon return.
Step 4: Disconnect Your Item from Any User Account or eSIM
Deactivate iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts, or eSIM to avoid delays in processing your refund or exchange. This also ensures protection of your data and privacy.
Step 5: Place Your Order Details Inside the Return Package
Include proof of purchase or receipt inside the package. If unable to print, write your name, order number, and order date on a blank piece of paper and include it.
Step 6: Pack Your Item According to Our Instructions
Use quality packing materials and methods to ensure the item is securely packed to withstand getting delivered back to us in a safe condition. Follow the provided instructions for packing electronics.
Step 7: Wait For The Delivery Personnel
A Pickup Delivery will text or call you and pass by on your desired time & location to receive the package
Note that an OMT Transfer will be sent to your name & number after a Full Checkup of the Device
